I have always loved cooking and baking. Growing up, I was always in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, learning to make traditional family recipes and understanding how a simple aroma can bring a whole house together.

My passion for cooking led me to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts, where I learned and refined my skills and developed my own style—blending high-end modern techniques with honest, rustic comfort.

Today, I am delighted to share that love with you through two dedicated creations: Paulson Platter Private Dining and Koulouri Cafe.
